Reserve Rendezvous Diving & Equipment Rentals

If you're ready to make diving reservations or reserve scuba equipment for rental, please use the relevant form below. Rendezvous divers joining guided dives from our dive boats, do NOT need to reserve rental equipment.

Reserve Rendezvous Diving (PDF) Reserve Equipment Rentals (PDF)

Your reservation requires a 50% deposit, with the balance due on delivery. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Travelers Checks and Cash. Your deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled 24 hours before delivery. From December 15 to January 15, deposits are only refundable if cancelled 72 hours before delivery. Print and fax your completed forms to us, or scan and email.
