MELISANDE ROWE
Dive Director
PADI MASTER INSTRUCTOR
This is one Texan who has chosen scuba fins over cowboy boots as our director and PADI master instructor. In the United States, Australia and the Caribbean, Melisande has helped thousands experience the exciting sport of scuba of diving. With an undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Stephen F. Austin State University, Melisande began by developing Sail Caribbean's summer scuba programs. Today Melisande and Mike operate Sail Caribbean Divers providing diving, rentals and a full array of water sports to guests in the BVI. Melisande has been the President of the BVI Scuba Operators Organization since 2006. In 2004 she held the position of Secretary and in 2005 she held the position of Vice President.

MIKE ROWE
PADI COURSE DIRECTOR
Mike makes tough jobs look easy, and you can tell he loves his work without a doubt. As a PADI- certified Course Director, you might say that Mike is "an instructor of instructors" having certified over 800 dive professionals. After almost 20 years in the dive industry, his expertise makes him a valuable resource for Sail Caribbean Divers, as well as many other BVI organizations. His keen focus on customer service combined with his unique sense of humor and charisma keep our adult and teenage divers engaged and driven while they have fun.
