An excellent dive site.  We chose Ginger Steps as the first site after the Bravo, Foxtrot and Sierra programs had finished their Open Water courses.  The reef has various coral heads, that give way to big ledges and a sandy plateau, then another band of coral heads slopes down further to another sandy plateau, then a third ‘step’ takes you all the way to 100 feet on one of the deeper dive sites in the BVI.  It is a great place to spot Caribbean Grey Reef sharks, and we were lucky enough to come across this excellent example of Elkhorn coral.
